Terms and Conditions

• Goods ordered On–Line will be delivered as ordered  to the address specified once payment has been received on our Secure On Line Payment System. An approximate delivery date will be given to you at the time your order is received and accepted. We will contact you when the goods are ready for delivery.
• Every effort will be made to deliver your goods on time, however we do not accept liability  for any failure to deliver on the date and time stated.
• Delivery charges will be confirmed and agreed upon at time of ordering.
• Warranty: All our products carry a minimum of 1 year warranty. Specific products that have longer warranties will be specified on our web sites’ product description. Any complaints must be made in writing as soon as detected and will be investigated.
• Returns: If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will happily exchange the item. Please contact us soon after delivery with as much detail as possible so we can rectify the problem. All returns must be returned in their original packaging  within 7 days of purchase and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must be in an unused and salable condition. A return authorization form must be completed prior to return and freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Change of mind / incorrect item ordered – All returns must be returned in their original packaging  within 7 days of purchase and unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must be in an unused and salable condition. • Cancellations: You may cancel your order  with us prior to being dispatched only on  stock items, Custom Built goods cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed.
• All prices advertised are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
